Welcome to team unity one of fife’s oldest and successful self-defence and mixed martial arts clubs

We are an open mixed martial arts team currently running out of our purpose facility in Markinch, fife.

We have recently expanded and have opened a new purpose built MMA ‘Kryptiea gym’ and have the only Bas Rutten MMA system & Fight team certified instructors outside the USA.
